Privacy Policy
How Deriverse handles website, wallet, and technical information across the landing site and trading interface.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Deriverse may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information when you visit deriverse.io, connect a Solana wallet, use the Deriverse landing website or swap interface, engage with Deriverse on social media, or otherwise interact with us.
Deriverse is designed as a non-custodial interface for Solana-based decentralized finance. The website may help you view market information, request quotes, prepare wallet transactions, and interact with Solana programs, but many actions occur directly between your wallet, public blockchain networks, and smart contracts.
Public blockchain activity is transparent by design. Wallet addresses, token balances, transactions, timestamps, program interactions, fees, and related metadata may be publicly visible, indexed by third parties, and impossible for Deriverse to delete or modify once recorded on-chain.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please also review the European Privacy Notice section below.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us may include your public wallet address, email address if you choose to provide one, social or community handles, support requests, survey responses, feedback, and any other information you choose to submit through email, Discord, Telegram, X, forms, or other support channels.
Information collected automatically may include browser type, device type, hardware model, operating system, mobile network, app or browser version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referral URLs, pages viewed, session length, links clicked, access times, logs, diagnostics, and other usage data related to the website.
Wallet and on-chain information may include connected wallet addresses, selected network, token balances needed to display the interface, quote requests, token mints, transaction signatures, swaps, positions, timestamps, transaction amounts, fees, frequency and size of transactions, and public blockchain records associated with your wallet.
Information from other sources may include public blockchain data, information from RPC providers, token metadata providers, wallet adapters, analytics providers, community platforms, business partners, or other service providers that help us operate and secure the website.
We may derive limited inferences from the information available to us, such as aggregate usage trends, feature performance, suspected abusive activity, or patterns that help improve website functionality.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Deriverse and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, embedded scripts, logs, device identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember interface preferences, support wallet connection flows, measure usage, improve performance, and detect security issues.
These technologies may collect information about your use of the website and other online services, including IP address, wallet address, transaction history visible through the interface, browser information, pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and conversion or performance information.
You can usually set your browser to block, delete, or limit cookies and similar technologies. Some website features may not function correctly if cookies or local storage are disabled.
Deriverse does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard for recognizing or honoring those signals.
How We Use Information
We may use information to provide, maintain, administer, secure, and improve the website and related interfaces; display token, balance, and market data; prepare transactions for wallet review; support integrations; diagnose problems; debug errors; and monitor website performance.
We may also use information to provide customer support, respond to questions, send technical notices or operational alerts if you opt in, analyze trends and usage, understand feature adoption, protect against malicious or illegal activity, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and carry out other purposes described when information is collected.
We may use aggregate or de-identified information for analytics, research, reporting, product development, security, and other business purposes, provided such information cannot reasonably identify you.
How We Share Information
We may share information with vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to perform services for us, including hosting, analytics, infrastructure, RPC access, token data, support, security, fraud prevention, communications, and data management.
We may share information with integration partners when you choose to use an integration, with professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, with law enforcement or public authorities when required or appropriate, and with affiliates or successors in connection with a merger, financing, sale, restructuring, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.
We may share information if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Use, violate law, create risk for users or the ecosystem, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of Deriverse, its users, contributors, service providers, or others.
We may share information with your consent or at your direction. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Public blockchain data is shared by the nature of the network and may be viewed, copied, analyzed, or displayed by independent third parties without involvement from Deriverse.
Third-Party Services
The website may contain links to or integrations with services not controlled by Deriverse, including wallets, wallet adapters, RPC providers, token lists, block explorers, analytics providers, social networks, documentation sites, community platforms, and third-party decentralized applications.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. If you access or use a third-party service, you should review that service's terms and privacy policy. Deriverse is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties.
International Transfers
Deriverse and its service providers may process, store, or access information in jurisdictions other than where you live. Those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information transferred internationally.
Security
We use measures designed to protect information we maintain from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No website, protocol, wallet, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for all activity relating to your wallet addresses, devices, private keys, seed phrases, and transaction approvals. Deriverse will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Any transmission of information is at your own risk. Deriverse is not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures outside its control.
Your Choices
You may disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, block or delete cookies, use privacy controls in your browser, opt out of optional communications where available, or stop using the website at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent with respect to personal information we control. These rights may be limited by applicable law, security requirements, and the nature of public blockchain data.
Some information, including on-chain transaction data, cannot be deleted or changed by Deriverse because it is maintained by decentralized blockchain networks.
Children
The website is not directed to children under 18 and should not be used by anyone under the age required to legally use the website in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
